1. Independent third-party service
PrinterCare USA LLC, a privately owned limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and doing business as EmailHelp (“EmailHelp”, “we”, “us”), provides remote technical support for email accounts by live chat, email and — only with your explicit consent — screen sharing in a session that you start, control and can end at any time.
We are not an email provider. We do not host, own or operate any email service, and we have no privileged, back-door or “insider” access to any provider’s servers, account databases or support teams. When we help you, we do exactly what a knowledgeable friend sitting next to you could do: explain what is happening, walk you through the right steps in your own account, and stay with you until it works.
Our specialists are experienced email support professionals. They are not employed by, trained by, or certified by any email provider, and we never describe them that way.
2. Trademarks
This site mentions the names of email services and the companies behind them so that you can tell us which account you need help with. That is the only reason they appear. Every such name is a trademark or registered trademark of its respective owner, and their use here is purely nominative — to identify a product, never to suggest a relationship.
Examples of marks you may see on this site, shown as plain text and belonging to their respective owners:
To keep the line clear, we follow a few rules of our own:
- Plain text only. We never display a provider’s logo, icon, wordmark, app artwork or brand colours as an identifier — on this site, in our chat widget or in any advertisement.
- No “branded” services. We do not offer or advertise anything called “Gmail Support”, “Outlook Support” or similar. Our services are described by the problem we solve (for example, password & account recovery), not by a brand.
- Symbols as a courtesy. We show ™ and ® where we are aware of a mark’s status. The absence of a symbol is not a statement that a name is unprotected.
EmailHelp, the EmailHelp envelope mark and the tagline “Independent Email Support” are trademarks of PrinterCare USA LLC.
3. No affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship
EmailHelp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in partnership with any email provider or the company that operates it. This applies to every provider whose account we can help with, including — without limitation — providers in each of these categories:
- Consumer webmail services such as Gmail™, Outlook™, Hotmail™, Yahoo® Mail, AOL® and iCloud® Mail.
- Privacy-focused and hosted mail services such as Proton, Zoho and GoDaddy email.
- Internet service providers that offer email with a subscription, such as Comcast/Xfinity, AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon and Cox.
- Business platforms and custom-domain mail, including hosted workspace suites and mail run by your company, school or web host.
No provider has reviewed, approved or contributed to this website, our services, our pricing or our advertising. Any reference to a provider is factual and descriptive. If a provider ever objects to the way it is referenced here, we will correct or remove the reference promptly — see Contact.
Search engines and ad platforms may show EmailHelp next to a provider’s name because we help with that kind of account — not because the provider sent you here. If you were looking for the provider itself, its official website is the right place to go. We are a paid, independent alternative that you choose knowingly.
4. Official support is available directly from your provider
Every email provider offers its own official help resources — help centers, account recovery tools, community forums and, in some cases, phone or chat support. Those resources are provided by the provider directly, are usually free of charge, and are the only channels that can make provider-side decisions about your account.
You can always reach them without our involvement: open your provider’s own website or app and look for “Help”, “Support” or “Account recovery”. We deliberately do not link to specific provider help pages from this site, so that you are never asked to trust a link from a third party to reach an official page.
EmailHelp does not replace, override or “escalate” anything on the provider’s side. What we add is a live specialist who explains the process in plain English, helps you use the official tools correctly, and stays with you until the problem is fixed or you know exactly what the next step is.
5. Results & no-guarantee
We are good at what we do, and most issues are resolved in the first session. Still, some outcomes depend on decisions that only your provider can make. We cannot promise that a provider will restore an account it has closed for a policy violation, recover messages that have been permanently deleted from its servers, lift a sending limit, or release an account whose recovery information no longer matches its records. In those cases we will tell you plainly what is and is not possible, and help you take the best available path.
What we do commit to is set out in our Refund Policy, which backs the phrase “resolved or refunded” wherever it appears on this site:
- Diagnosis first. A specialist looks at the problem before anything is charged, and we quote a price you confirm before work begins. If we decline a case after diagnosis, there is no charge.
- One-Time Fix. If the issue is not resolved within 7 days of purchase, or we are unable to help after diagnosis, you receive a full refund.
- Subscriptions. Home Care and Business plans carry a 30-day money-back window on the first payment, and you can cancel at any time.
Our satisfaction guarantee is exactly that policy — no more, no less. Figures such as “12,000+ issues resolved”, “98% same-session resolution” and “4.9/5 average rating” describe our overall track record; they are not a prediction about your individual case. Customer stories on this site are shown as first name and last initial. They illustrate typical experiences and are not a promise of the same result for you.
6. Not legal or financial advice
Everything we provide — on this site, in chat, by email or during a screen-sharing session — is general technical support information. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or a professional security assessment, and it does not create a lawyer-client, adviser-client or fiduciary relationship.
In particular, we cannot advise you on:
- Legal questions such as breach-notification obligations, disputes with a provider, employment or estate matters involving an email account, or evidence for a legal proceeding. Speak with a qualified attorney.
- Money matters such as fraudulent charges, unauthorized transfers or transactions that were initiated from a compromised account. Contact your bank or card issuer immediately — they have time limits for disputes.
- Identity theft and crime. If your account was used to defraud you or others, report it to your local law enforcement and the relevant consumer-protection agency in your country, in addition to securing the account with us.
We will always tell you when a question is outside what we can responsibly help with, and point you toward the right kind of professional.
7. External links
This site may link to third-party websites — for example our payment processor, the vendor that hosts our chat platform, or a general reference on email security. Those sites are operated by others. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms, and a link is not an endorsement of a site, product or company. Please review the policies of any site you visit from ours.
As explained in section 4, we do not link to provider help pages. When a specialist points you to an official resource, they will describe how to find it from your provider’s own website or app so that you always arrive there directly.
Some of the sites we link to may set their own cookies. Our own use of cookies, and the consent banner that controls analytics on this site, are described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer as our services, the providers we support or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version. For a material change we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, note the change on this page for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated disclaimer. This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy; if anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
9. Contact
Questions about this disclaimer, a trademark reference on this site, or a request from a rights holder can be sent to us at any time. We aim to reply within two business days.
